Lightweight design with ultra-thin perforated side walls. Large openings reduce edge cracking caused by weight sagging after recessed installation, while 7mm chamfered openings increase the contact area to ensure more secure fixation on walls or ceilings.
The standard-equipped dust cover is designed to seal the opening during installation, preventing blockage or contamination of the opening by putty or latex paint.
High-quality materials are selected. Such materials enhance the product’s structural strength, service life, and aesthetics, minimizing deformation as much as possible in the ultra-thin state and ensuring a closer fit to walls or ceilings.
First, drill a hole and cut a groove at the installation location. The groove at the position of the drilled disc should be slightly deeper than the thickness of the product's disc (1*).
After removing the louver or disc at the top of the product, insert it into the pre-drilled hole.
Slide the hose clamp over the outer layer of the hose, then insert the hose into the product until fully seated and tighten the hose clamp screw clockwise to the appropriate tightness.
Snap the dust cover included with the product into the front opening to prevent the product from being contaminated during subsequent decoration.
After the decoration is completed, remove the snapped-in dust cover, clean the product surface, and then reinstall the previously removed louver or disc until fully seated.
