Narrow-edge Disc Air Diffuser — Expert Fresh Air Terminal with Soft Circumferential Airflow
Qiyue’s newly launched narrow-edge disc diffuser is a high-end indoor air supply terminal meticulously developed for residential fresh air scenarios, striking a perfect balance between refined appearance and ventilation performance. The diffuser is integrally injection-molded from high-quality ABS raw material, featuring outstanding anti-aging and anti-deformation properties that resist yellowing and discoloration even after long-term installation within indoor ceilings. Its ingenious 360° annular air discharge structure disperses airflow to eliminate discomfort caused by direct air blowing, making it widely applicable to various residential fresh air projects including apartments, villas and offices. Equipped with a minimalist narrow-edge panel that fits snugly against ceilings and an annular air channel delivering gentle air diffusion, this unit also comes with orange spring quick-release clips for tool-free rapid assembly and disassembly, a removable built-in foreign matter filter screen, and a central adjusting screw for stepless, flexible air volume regulation. Boasting streamlined installation and effortless routine maintenance, it serves as an ideal dual-purpose terminal for both supply and return air in balanced ventilation systems and HRV heat recovery units.
🔹 360° Uniform Annular Airflow, No Uncomfortable Direct Drafts:The central disc flow-guiding structure enables air to spread evenly in an annular pattern around the perimeter of the panel. Compared with conventional straight-blow diffusers, it delivers gentler air supply and prevents cold or hot air from blowing directly on occupants, greatly improving residential comfort. It is ideal for spaces requiring long-duration continuous ventilation such as bedrooms, living rooms and studies.
🔹 Spring Clip Quick Installation, Tool-Free Mounting & Removal：Adopting elastic spring clip design, the diffuser can be clipped directly into ceiling openings just like a downlight, enabling quick installation by a single person. It can be detached manually for later inspection and filter cleaning, cutting construction time and lowering long-term maintenance difficulties.
🔹 Built-in Debris Barrier Filter, Keeps Air Duct Clean：A removable filter screen is fitted inside the diffuser, which blocks insects, hair, debris and other contaminants from entering the ductwork. It prevents dust accumulation and blockages within air ducts, reduces the frequency of subsequent cleaning for fresh air pipelines, and protects the fresh air unit as well as heat exchange cores.
🔹Stepless Air Volume Regulation, Adapts to Ventilation Requirements：By adjusting the central disc regulating screw, the ventilation cross-section can be freely modified to achieve precise air volume control. The air supply volume can be flexibly adjusted for rooms of different sizes and various application scenarios to balance the whole-house fresh air exchange effect.
🔹 Minimalist Narrow-Edge Design, Suits Diverse Ceiling Decorations：Designed with an ultra-thin narrow-edge frame and matte white surface, this diffuser features a minimalist and versatile look that blends perfectly with modern and European interior styles. Compatible with plasterboard ceilings and integrated ceilings, it combines reliable ventilation performance with elegant interior decoration aesthetics.
